Request data deletion

Email support@nurupos.app from the email address associated with your account. Include your name, venue name or code, and whether you want the account closed or specific personal information deleted.

What happens next

1. We verify your identity and authority for the affected venue.
2. We confirm the scope of the request and identify records that must be retained.
3. We complete the eligible deletion and send confirmation to the requesting email address.

Transaction, tax, security, fraud-prevention, and accounting records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations. Venue employees and guests may also contact the venue that collected their information.
